France Kacy-Cornwall
Founder of Lytracea Distance Therapies.
Committed psycho-practitioner, at the service of your well-being, wherever you are.

My journey, between listening and transformation
My name is France KACY-CORNWALL, I am a French-American Clinical Psychotherapist in the United States. I studied psychology at The University of Maryland, College Park MD. I completed my Master's degree in psychology at Saint Thomas University in Miami, Florida. I am certified and specialized in Couple, Family, and Individual Psychotherapy. During my 15 years of institutional psychotherapy experience, I have had the privilege of working with several major therapy centers in Florida, such as The Center for Family and Child Enrichment Behavioral Center, Chrysalis Behavioral Center, ABC'S for Success Behavioral Center, and Advantage Behavioral Health Harmony Bay (remotely). My approach is informed by a rich background in human and professional experiences.

Passionate about understanding family dynamics, emotions and behaviors, I have trained in different therapeutic methods to support each individual in their uniqueness.
I founded Lytracea Distance Therapy to meet a growing need: to offer a space for discussion, listening, and transformation to all those who, for personal, geographical, or professional reasons, cannot easily access a traditional psychotherapy practice.
Trained in individual psychotherapy, family psychotherapy, play therapy and corporate interventions, I have developed a practice adapted to current realities: intense rhythms of life, situations of isolation, multicultural contexts and life transitions.

My therapeutic commitments
Every person is unique. That's why my approach is based on active listening, co-construction, and respect for each person's pace. My goal: to help you better understand what you're going through, identify your needs and resources, and feel like a player in your life again.
I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is a lever for change. It is by feeling heard, welcomed, and respected that we can begin to move forward.
Why distance therapy?
Far from being a fallback solution, distance therapy is a powerful and modern tool, which respects your daily life and allows you to benefit from a
support wherever you are in the world.
It facilitates:
- Access to regular therapeutic monitoring despite a busy schedule,
- Continuity of sessions during business or personal trips,
- The comfort of being in a familiar environment during discussions.
Thanks to simple tools (videoconferencing and secure platforms), remote sessions maintain the same relational and ethical quality as in-office support.
The values at the heart of my practice
Competence: Recognized training, supervised practices, ongoing supervision.
International Culture: I support French- and English-speaking people living in very diverse cultural contexts.
Flexibility: Extended hours, tailored session formats, for therapy that adapts to you – not the other way around.
For whom?
Adults experiencing stress, anxiety or existential questioning.
Parents or families facing educational, relational or bereavement challenges.
Professionals in transition, losing direction or exhausted.
Children through adapted mediation (drawings, games, stories, etc.).
