Step 1: Confirm your appointment

Before paying for your session, make sure that:

• You have agreed on a date with France Kacy-Cornwall (by email),
• You have specified the type of session (individual, family, child, etc.).

Step 2: Choose your payment method

Important: Your session time confirmation and video connection link will be sent to you after payment. We offer:

Upon request, a personalized invoice will be sent to you after payment. Please specify the address and name to be included on the invoice.

Please note: payment must be received at least 24 hours before the session to be validated.

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours before the session: postponement is possible.
• Last minute cancellation or absence: the session is due, except in exceptional cases.

Please notify us by email as soon as possible so that your slot can be offered to someone else.
