My therapeutic approach

Tailor-made psychotherapy, focused on you, at your own pace and remotely.

An integrative and humanistic approach

At Lytracea Distance Therapy, I practice integrative psychotherapy, meaning I draw on several therapeutic approaches and tools to provide support tailored to each person and each situation.

I rely primarily on the fundamentals of humanistic psychotherapy, which considers each individual as capable of growth and transformation, provided they are accompanied with respect, empathy and authenticity.

Far from rigid protocols, my approach is intended to be flexible, caring and

deeply personalized.

A variety of tools for comprehensive support

  • Individual therapy

It allows you to explore your emotions, your blockages, your repetitive patterns or your past suffering to better understand them and overcome them.

It is particularly indicated in the following cases:

    • Anxiety
    • Relationship difficulties
    • Better manage stress, anxiety or depression,
    • Get out of repetitive patterns or emotional dependencies,
    • Regain self-confidence or calm overwhelming emotions,
    • Go through a difficult period (bereavement, separation, career change, etc.).
  • Couples therapy

It provides a safe space where everyone can express their emotions, needs, and concerns without fear of judgment. Couples therapy examines:

    • Interactions,
    • Communication patterns
    • Conflicts to help strengthen the relationship
    • The romantic relationship and the challenges that arise from it
  • Family therapy

Ideal for defusing conflicts, restoring communication or better understanding the dynamics between members of the same family.

It encourages mutual listening and allows for systemic (i.e. global) support that respects each individual.

  • “Play therapy”

With children, words are not always enough.

I use playful, creative or symbolic tools (drawings, role-playing, stories, etc.) to facilitate the child's expression and help them verbalize what they are experiencing, often unconsciously.

  • In-company training

Specifically designed for professional environments: stress prevention, emotional management, team cohesion, improvement of internal communication.

Targeted, tailor-made interventions, which can be individual (coaching) or collective (workshops).

  • A clear and structured process

Each support begins with an intake interview, in order to:

    • Get to know each other,
    • Set your expectations,
    • Define the follow-up arrangements together.

Then, we plan the frequency of the sessions together (generally 1 per week or every 15 days), according to your pace and your needs.

Each session lasts between 45 min and 1 hour, and takes place via video (Teams, Zoom, Google

    Meet).

  • Ethics at the heart of the relationship

    I agree to respect:

    • Absolute confidentiality of exchanges,
    • A secure and stable therapeutic framework,
    • Active listening, without judgment,
    • Continuous updating of my practices (training, supervision).

  • What you can expect from this support

    A better understanding of yourself

Concrete tools to cope with everyday life

A space for free and respected speech

A strong therapeutic bond to support your development

Therapy possible from anywhere in the world

  • Therapy to regain one's place in life

Today's world can make us lose our footing: mental overload, family distance, professional pressure, life transitions...

Therapy is not a luxury. It is an act of self-care and appreciation.
